He clearly explained to be what issues my power meter was having. On the day of installation he was extremely patient waiting 6 hours for Georgia Power to arrive and shut off power to the Meter. After instalation he explained what work was done in layman's terms. My experience with Big Frog Electric left me beyond satisfied. Everything went smoothly and they came up with a more efficient route to take for snaking new line. David was great in allowing his assistant to have input. - something seldom seen! David also put in a whole house surge protector which necessitated an addition to my breaker box. They cleaned up after themselves as well!!
