"Chad came out to inspect my property and to then fix the problem in a timely manner. He offered his opinions, explained things carefully, and communicated well throughout the whole process. I had water getting into my basement on two different sides of my house. He explained how he wanted to landscape and put in drains to keep the water from the house. I had questions after he initially came out and gave me a quote. He came back to the house so he could show me exactly where he wanted to place things and to make sure I understood. "I called Mr. Rooter because I had called another Plumbing company to come out the night before and they were a no show.  They were extremely friendly over the phone.  I called at approx 8AM and said they'd be able to come out by 11AM.  They called at about 9:30 to say someone was available to come out now and I said that was perfect.  They arrived at 10AM.

Jason was the plumber who arrived and he was very very friendly and professional.  I told him the problem and we discussed pricing up front.  I had a coupon which he said they would definitely honor.  He immediately got to work.  He wore footies over his shoes while in the house.  He worked diligently and answered all of my questions.  After about an hour and being certain the line was clear he cleaned up, we took care of payment which was exactly what was discussed beforehand, and he was on his way.
