"After an initial hiccup, the service went well. We purchased the Angies List Deal for hauling 4 cubic yards of junk. I did not advise of the full extent of what needed to be hauled. So, when they arrived with just a pick-up, they needed to take stock of what was there and come back another day with a larger truck. They quoted me an updated price for the hauling and were able to reschedule quickly. The price was fair and the work was done efficiently."

On top of being a Takoma Park local, and an all around friendly, honest, business owner, we also came to learn that he does great work as well! His team completely transformed our hardscape areas, including installing a beautiful flagstone walkway and patio, a perfectly graded cement driveway, iron railings on our steps, and plants in a number of locations. On top of that, some of the work required some touch up and sealing and Jesse and his team have come out a couple of times later this spring to do that work unprompted. There's a little bit left, but I know they'll be around to finish it as they've taken care of us every step of the way. Even better, everything was done in budget. Look no further! "Steve came to consider the problem and give me an estimate. He seemed very thoughtful and sincere. We agreed on the price and the date when work would start. With no delays, the work started on the agreed-upon date. Steve's brother Dave does the actual deconstruction and puts in the drainage. He has a team of three men, including himself, and they completed the job in 3 days. It may have been the hottest 3 days of the summer but they didn't complain--I couldn't believe how diligent they were. And they didn't "thrash." We've probably all had people working on our homes that made us wonder if the house was going to be standing when they were through. These guys were great--I'd definitely call them professionals. Once they finished, I had a couple items I wanted done a different way. That was no problem. They came back and finished it very much to my satisfaction. Whenever I called the company, I received a call back. I would definitely use Waterproofing, Inc. again but I think my problem is solved. I'm not worried because the company gives a lifetime warranty and I have no doubt that they will stand behind their word.

"The representatives were courteous and professional completing the work within a reasonable amount of time. They quickly identified the problem and worked to resolve it to our satisfaction. The cover on the master bath outet was cracked by the contractor who either did not notice the crack or failed to mention it. Overall, I appreciated the work and would have Sam and Sons return for future electrical repairs."

"Everything worked out great for the basement. Melissa responded quickly to our texts and answered all of our questions. Dale came, we got an estimate the next day and a few days later he came out to do the repairs. The cracks in the cellar were repaired properly, no water is getting into the basement when it rains, and it no longer smells like mold! We are really happy with the work! When Dale finished with the basement I had him look at the bathroom reguarding some mold issues. We contacted Melissa the next day to make sure the bathroom mold issue was communicated with her and to let her know we wanted an estimate on the repairs. She told us she would contact us in a few hours. Never heard back from her. A little over two weeks later we sent another text message asking about the estimate. It's been about three days since then and still no response."
