"Sam installed 2 French drains, (entire drainage system with sump pumps) in a very large back-yard, as we were experiencing major water intrusion, interior walls etc. He and his workers were very precise in cutting through the soil, they used laser beams to determine pipe layout, (had good equipment just the right size) resulting in no damage to the landscaping, which was a high priority, as it was the reason we recently purchased this property! He did experience some set-backs due to extensive root systems, which he had to cut-out manually, which extended his labor time, with no up-charges to us! Sam also arranged for a sod company to re-sod all opened piped areas. I have recommended BHTM Tractor Division Samuel Rivera to my neighbors, and will pass out his card at next association meeting, and highly recommend to all customers."
