"I need to get more pictures but these guys did a great job. They flagged it and walked it with me. They helped me clear property line boundaries and created amazing shooting lanes at each stand spot. They arrive early and stay busy working and had machines that didn’t break down or get stuck like others have. I highly recommend these guys! Top notch for sure!"

Customers say: Quick response
"Bryan was the consummate professional. He was able to take the job quickly, was responsive throughout (and before and after), and did the job efficiently with great expertise. He cleared a sloped area of our yard which allowed us to easily level a frame and a gravel bed. You can definitely count on him to do a great job and without taking you to town for the price. He is also a great guy who can explain everything you need and put your mind at ease. I highly recommend B&C and will surely use them again for any type of task they're willing and able to do. It's getting more and more rare to find someone with such a great work ethic and who takes great pride in their job. Hire Bryan, you won't be disappointed."

Hey everyone, my name is Hudson Lott. I recently started my own land clearing business and I’m working hard to build a name for myself and my company.\n\nI spent the last 6 years working for other land clearing businesses before deciding to take the leap and go out on my own. I’ve learned a lot over the years, and now I’m putting that experience into my own business.\n\nI take a lot of pride in my work and always strive to leave every property looking right and make sure the landowner is happy with the job. I believe in doing honest work, taking care of my customers, and treating every job like it matters.\n\nI’m just getting started, but I’m excited to see where this business goes. If you or someone you know needs land clearing or property cleanup, I’d appreciate the opportunity to earn your business.
Depth depends on the type of installation and the regulations in your area. Water supply lines typically require 24 inches, while drainage pipes are often installed 36 inches below grade. For most general projects, a depth of 12 to 24 inches and a width of about eight inches is sufficient. Sticking to these specs keeps your utilities safe, code-compliant, and easier to maintain later.
When you need to run utilities underground, you’ve got two main options: boring or trenching. Boring employs directional drilling to install utilities without exposing a continuous channel, while trenching requires excavating an open channel to place utilities securely. Directional drilling preserves landscape integrity, whereas trenching provides direct access for installation, albeit with greater surface disruption. This clear comparison helps you select the method best suited to your project.
Plan on 12 hours to dig 100 linear feet when the soil is cooperative and you can work continuously. This timeframe applies when work is performed consistently and methodically. Factors such as rocky soil, tree roots, obstructions, and frozen ground increase the overall duration, demanding extra planning and effort. Comprehensive operational planning ensures that every challenge is managed efficiently and the project is completed on schedule.
If you want your yard to look untouched, laying fresh sod over the trench is the quickest fix. New sod needs 30 to 45 days to root and blend with the rest of your lawn. A local sod pro can provide you with a firm timeline and tips to ensure the grass takes hold and maintains your curb appeal.
