"They gave me an amazing quote and were very responsive. Water proofed my basement walls from the outside, put a perimeter drain, and tuck pointed from the inside. They were very trustworthy and did all work while i was away on the job and kept me appraised with text and pictures. Even after the work was done I could call and ask for help. They were there same day even with special requests. Would recommend non stop. Good trustworthy people!"

"Make sure you get your invoices. I didnt get my invoices on the job and when I asked the subcontractor to add 4 ft more to the end of house and the contractor Rebecca T. was the subcontractor. I was quoted $350.00. So I get the cash out of the bank the next day. Then Rebecca comes back to me saying I owe another $450.00 I told her you both didnt say that. Why are you doing this to me. Then she said its the labor cost . I gave her another $375.00 The subcontractor that Rebecca T. hired did not complete the job. So I asked Rebecca what are you going to do. So Her and her family had to clean up the mess around the concrete and the house. But I saw a crack in the foundation. I asked her again this needs to be fixed. At the time she could not find the subcontractor who did the work. All I know his name was Kenny. When she got a hold of him about 2 1/2 weeks later. She said you can use him and pay. I told her the job was paid in full and you needed to fix the problem. I told her I didnt hire him you did. So then Rebecca asked me do you want to use him to finish the job. I told her no. She then said she will bring Allen to finish the job.. He finish most of it , but not correcting the crack in the concrete. I asked her when would Allen finish the job. She proceed to say its on me to pay to get the job finished. And try to say things on my text messages that wasnt true. So I told her its your fault and you didnt follow through. Im so upset with this person. She wont return my calls or text now. I was told the job was $5840.00 Her brother name is Keith T., All of the sudden his number doesnt appear in my text she gave me. I paid over 4500.00 And the job is not completed. I will show you the crack made. I also have the job the way Kenny left it. And he never came back. That was the subconcractor she hired. If you have any questions please call me on 317xxxxxxx[redacted] Thank you"

"They replaced sections of our sidewalk and driveway apron. They were prompt and the work looks great. Pricing was fair. They only complaint is they promised to level out the dirt displaced when removing and leveling the sidewalk and did not. They were also a bit sloppy and got globs of concrete on the asphalt driveway that was left to dry."

The depth of your trench depends on your project's needs and local regulations. Standard trenches are usually 12 to 24 inches deep and about eight inches wide. Specific installations have exact requirements—for example, water pipes need to be buried 24 inches deep, while drainage systems may require a depth of 36 inches. Understanding these dimensions helps with proper planning and ensures utilities are installed safely.
Boring and trenching are different methods for installing underground utilities. Boring uses directional drilling to install utilities without digging a continuous trench, minimizing surface disruption—ideal when you want to preserve your landscaping. Trenching involves digging an open channel where utilities are placed before backfilling, which provides direct access but causes more disturbance to the surface.
Digging a trench for 100 linear feet requires 12 hours of work. The total time is affected by factors such as rocky soil, tree roots, and other obstructions along the path, which demand additional effort and planning. This precise scheduling insight helps in project planning and ensures that the work is completed on time, with all conditions carefully accounted for.
Yes, you'll likely need to lay sod after trenching to restore your lawn's appearance. It typically takes 30 to 45 days for new sod to root firmly and blend with your existing grass. Consider consulting a local sod specialist to get accurate timelines and ensure the restoration looks great and functions well.
