He has navigated the tricky basement stairs with a bulky water heater in tow and installed it with a special alarm that will ring if there is a malfunction. He has put in new water saving toilets, replaced dripping shower fixtures, unclogged sinks and drains and made sure that my entire plumbing infrastructure runs smoothly and safely. In addition, Nick brings a lot of wonderful personal qualities to the trade. He is trustworthy and respectful. He has a great sense of humor. He can be counted on. Back in the day, I would refer to rare individuals, like Nick, as being “the salt of the earth.” He certainly embodies these precious qualities."
