They were considerate of our neighbors by keeping the debris field in check, didnâ t blast music, never swore, and didnâ t block driveways. "Unconventional work, didn't really fit normal categories - I had ivy growing too tall on my house and needed it cut back. Due to the basement walkout, the highest portions were 3 stories up. They were on time (weather permitting), prompt with the quote, and courteous. All work was done as promised. Will use them again."

"Jon, the owner, was very quick to respond to my call. He came out within a couple days to meet with me and discuss the job. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and explained the process to me in detail. The tree that was needed to be removed had grown into the fence near it. It was a difficult job, stated to me by several tree experts including Big Twigs. Jon was the only company that would remove the tree AND stump. The other companies would not even consider removing the stump. The fence post was the only thing left at the area when the job was completed. Jon and his team did an amazing job!!!!!!! They did a better job than I had expected due to the nature of the fence and post being a huge hurdle to deal with. I would HIGHLY recommend Big Twigs.
