The next day he arrived on time and got right to work. Nick proceeded to get in the crawl space and thoroughly inspect the area. Great news: no leak! He also checked the elderly neighbors ice machine that was not working and resolved the problem. He charged us a minimal fee since he did not need to repair anything. I have also used them in the past for a water heater replacement. That was an emergency and he showed up right away for that one. Pacific crest plumbing really has the kind of old fashioned service I expect. I highly recommend them!"
