He has excellent communication, installed the fan and took pictures of his work so I did not have to climb up in the attic, and showed my how to use the app (fan controlled by bluetooth). He really went above and beyond expectations with the install. I was impressed with the entire process and would recommend him without question."

Mr. Dove didn't do the work.  It was two of his employees or subcontractors.  The installation of the wiring, ceiling fan and ceiling light went fine, but the drywall repair wasn't that good.  The texture they sprayed on the walls didn't even remotely match the existing wall texture, so their patch job was obvious.  Also, they didn't reconnect something in one of the outlets so only the top socket worked.  When I notified Mr. Dove, he came out the next day to fix it.  I was impressed by Mr. Dove's professionalism, and would hire him again provided he did the work.

Also, the new fan I had bought to be installed was not working out of the box and he had to take it apart to attach a loose wire in order to get it working. So was better than having to take fan back to exchange it. Will definitely call him again if needed"
