"The rep was very nice and thorough, showed up on time, and followed up later. They give a hard sell for the most expensive system. But its overkill. Sure they have panels that are more efficient, but why pay twice as much per KW energy produced? Unless you have very limited roof space, it makes no sense to pay more for the same energy produced with less expensive, but a few more panels. Better racking system? Maybe, but the others are rated for hurricane force winds also. Compare costs per KW and warranties for your estimates. Also, they don't provide solar water heating options. We decided any added value wasn't worth the extra costs, and they seem more interested in selling you the most expensive system, rather than the best value for your needs.
