We hired them to paint the exterior and interior of our house few months ago and they did a remarkable job. The job went on without any problem or issues even though we were not at the house part of the time due to a trip that we went on. The quality of the work that they did get into a minor delay and it took longer than expected, but it was not because of their fault. "This was for a simple fan replacement of existing fan (wiring, electrical, bracket etc already in place). United Electric would not give me an estimate over the phone and was told a technician would provide a free estimate in person. The technician was an hour and a half late (no phone call) and quoted unreasonable cost of $347. I told him that was more than twice what it should cost and declined -upon which he asked for $29 estimate fee. I reminded him this was a free estimate and if they had given me a ball park range over the phone both our time would not have been wasted. I called the second business recommended by Home Advisor and had the fan installed in under an hour for $120."

"Pete was very good fixing the problem. The pull chain broke off inside the unit. I took it apart and tried to fix it myself, but was not able to get to the unit with the chain....so much for being a home mechanic! Pete made one short stop here to get the unit apart. He didn't have a replacement part with him, and to save time I went to Fan Diego store for the replacement, and he installed it on another visit a few days later. Problem solved. He is very friendly and worked well. I am having him back soon to repair another ceiling fan that has quit working.
