"Jeff was very responsive with e-mailing and contacting me; however, there was a snafu with them coming to the house that was partly his fault and partly my fault (he was typing in the wrong address and couldn't find my house, and kept sending me messages via Angie's list but not seeing  my replies that I was sending via Angie's list - however, it didn't occur to me for a while that I could look up his # online and call him).  By the time we sorted it out, he said that his team didn't have time to install the fan before their next appointment.  We rescheduled for the following week and the team arrived about 10 minutes late, but installed the fan very quickly.  The fan and its installation look great to our laypeople's eyes, and before the end of the day it had lowered the temperature in our attic by 20 degrees!
