He explained what needed to be done but never pressured us to do more than what was necessary. His crew was on time, extremely professional, and worked together to do a pretty large install. By the end of the evening our house was completely cool. But here's the best part. Ran into an issue later that evening where the unit turned off so my husband called to leave a voicemail since it was 10:30 at night. Lane called him back right away. Lane was here at 9 am and determined it was an electric issue. So he calls his Electrician, and within an hour he was there. It was a simple fix and it completely solved our problem. My husband and I were blown away by the professionalism, the customer service, and overall experience.
