Dale, and his helper, D'Jere, did an excellent job replacing my old ceiling fan with a new one I purchased. Installation required removing the old fan and its 8' droprod, and installing the new fan with a different droprod. The job required assembling a two-tier scaffold with the use of an additional stepladder to get to the ceiling. Dale and his partner worked meticulously to get the job done, and the result was perfection. After the installation was completed, and the scaffolding was removed, Dale and his partner walked around the living room picking up any wire insulation clippings and other small pieces left over on the floor. They left the place pretty much spotless. Dale and his partner did a fantastic job, and I would definitely hire them again."

"The 2 men that did the work first started to do the feasibility study on walls & the landing above stairs up to condo, to figure a way to insulate these drafty areas.  And they explained that they would need to cut hole in the wall across from my loft steps (at my landing) to determine IF they could even add any insulation behind that wall.  And even after that, they might find they could not add any insulation. This because from the outside there is the sloped-roof that starts over my front landing and runs up on a steep slant. The inside part of that is that cold-to-touch wall at bottom of the loft steps. So with the slant inside that wall there may not be much room for insulation.  If was any room, may not help much. Then the other inter wall (by the window) has an electrical socket so they would not want to shoot insulation in that wall.  So I decided to not have them cut the whole in the wall & the $210 to do improvements in the area was taken off my final bill.  Someday I may look into getting another opinion on that cold wall area.   
So after that they first did a Convective Energy Loss Diagnostics test by closing off the downstairs doorway with a heavy red plastic sheet with a round whole for a large kind of air fan they connected. I have a paper sheet that explains this test, that I can show you. It is called a 'blower door test' with a machine that determines the level of air infiltration in a home. So the before was 3817 cfm (cubic feet of air per minute). Then later (after attic was done & downstairs door improved) the test showed 3280 cfm for an improvement of 537 or 14% less convective energy loss occurring in my condo.  The lead man said for the size of my condo this was good.  Some big homes end up 17% improvements, some have more and some have less. 
As they started the attic work, they ended up parking their truck at the end of our bldg at the curb, so they could run the hose (to shoot in the insulation to the attic are) across the lawn & up to my deck and into one of my bedroom windows and across the bedroom & up thru closet to the attic.  And the lead man took about 8 pictures while up in the attic.  Some were before & after, most after.  And I asked him to email all these to me, which he did.  So they did all of 7 things on the original proposal and are listed above under "'What did the provider do".  
And I do feel much less of a draft & cold air in my bedroom closet.  I have yet paid attention to the effect of the work they did to the downstairs door. I will see what my next PECO bill is vs the prior months bill.  Note to pay off the cost I received a 0 interest loan for 3 years.   Mark Group set this loan up for me.o
