Unfortunately one was not available on the truck but was ordered, picked up and installed the next morning which was a Saturday. The technician was superb and gave us great hints as to how to improve our air circulation and quality. He took all the time needed to answer any of our concerns. He couldn't have been more professional. In addition the office was extremely professional and followed up with scheduling. We have used other Maeser services previously and would highly recommend them."
