"Pedro and James called a day earlier to see if they could come and install my 7 fans and 1 pendant light since it was raining. I was more than happy to accommodate. Apparently, the fans were a new technology to install and the guys were able to figure them out and get them installed. They cleaned up every area they worked in and even took the cardboard boxes away for me. Unfortunately for me, 1 fan was defective and the chandelier was broken, so TiO will have to come back. Overall, great reliable and professional service. I would recommend and hire them again."
