"Oscar was prompt in arrival and installed the fan in less than ninety minutes and that's including the time it took to correct the area of improperly installed old fan.  He was very cordial and professional.  He also checked the fan in our guest bathroom we thought needed replacing, but he said that one was still good.  We asked him about some lighting for our guest bathroom, and he gave us some ideas.  We will definitely call him when we're ready to have the work done.  We would highly recommend him to others needing electrical work.

"My 1950, 860 ft house had 20+ yr old dusty, pink insulation, that was even worse after the city revamped utility vaults & pushed rats into the neighborhood. I chose S.R Insulation to vacuum out, caulk open voids, and re-blow insulation. The owner set up an appointment quickly. On the day of service, he did call 15 minutes late to advise of an issue. The 3 person team arrived within an hour, set up the vacuum and bags, then removed insulation; original, wood-shingle slips; and ducting left by A/C techs. They worked between 3 to 4 hours and said they would return next business day. The two part installation, gave me an idea - I asked for an extension, so I could repair ceiling sheet rock while the attic was void. The owner agreed. He did not require partial payment. Three weeks later, I rescheduled. The install was even quicker, filling up to the stud height in white, blown insulation. He leaves behind a cardboard measuring stick to show you. The difference inside the house was immediate. I will not provide calculations, as I added front load washer/dryer to the electric usage at this same time. Later, I found my stove top vent fan blocked. I was able to pull out material from the duct, and the fan worked. Therefore I did not call the owner about this. I paid less than $1500, and thought it fair. I would use S.R. Insulation again and recommend them."

"I was impressed with Monty's on time arrival and his cleanliness. He was also attentive to detail enough to let me know some of the replacement bricks I provided had some mortar on the face and suggested I find some cleaner ones. Luckily, I had plenty to choose from and they all matched the old brick well. I was a little worried the mortar he mixed was too dark to match the old mortar. But after I acid washed as he suggested and it has cured, it continues to lighten and I think it will be fine. I gave a B on quality because the lines of the new brick are a little off (curves upward in the middle). I didn't notice it at the time of the work, and it's not noticable enough to bother having the work redone. My wife says I am too much of a perfectionist. I feel I got a good job for a good price."

"I called to inquire about cost to install on ceiling that had a floor in the attic above it. There was an added cost of $50 for that. I asked about installing led and he charges $45 more for those even though I can buy good ones for $25 at home depot. He wants the fan to be on same switch as the lights and I do not want the same switch/dimmer. He want $145 more for adding a new dimmer. Too many & too high of added fees. Just don't need that much confusion."

When we turned our new, month-old Trane system back on, the air-flow was so much better! We let it run for a day, changed out the filter, and the house smells even better.  I really recommend Service Man for anybody looking for "the good guys."
