"It went pretty well. My house didn't get any warmer, because I discovered that I needed windows.  For some reason, they couldn't tell me that I needed windows. I put some plastic over some of the windows, and the change was almost instant. I would have rather put the money I spent for the insulation into putting in new windows. They were professional, and they did a good job. They just missed that I needed windows instead of insulation."

At around 330, someone called me to tell me they would be out the next morning (12/24), and i would be the first appointment. Noone showed, or called that day. My husband waited until 12/27 to call again and see what was up. They apologized and said they had the dates mixed up and sent Bill and his colleague out within the hour. "I was in constant contact with them,by phone, before  the installation. I was nervous about what I had chosen and was invited to take my time and go to the showroom to see it on a larger scale. Measuring day and day of installation the crew were prompt, very clean, very professional. Everything was covered during installation and they happily answered any questions I had.  There was a very small problem with one of the countertops fitting correctly.
