Diagnosed the issue quickly as a problem outside the home with the main feed from Duke Energy and advised us to contact them and told us what to say. He could have charged us an arm and a leg, but was extremely reasonable for the amount of time and effort he took diagnosing the issue. He even fixed a few unrelated problems in the home while he was here at the house. He went well above and beyond what he had to do and even called the next day to check and make sure we had power restored! "Mike was very professional from the first phone call. He came that evening when he said he would to give us a estimate.
We originally called for a estimate on staining our fence front and back and after talking with Mike we also asked him to pressure wash the house. He came when he said he would and did everything we asked, he even went the extra mile and stained our yard swing the same color as the fence.
We were so happy with the job he did on the fence we then asked him to stain our deck, we had tried to stain it on our own last year and had really made a mess. He had to work really hard to get the stain off but he did a great job and our deck looks so good.
It was a pleasure to work with Mike and we are very pleased with the work he did and will definitely use him again. He is prompt and does a high quality job. Our fence and deck look great and we have received compliments from friends and neighbors, we highly recommend him.
