"Wonderfully. Jesus Hurtado is your guy. Awesome. One of the tubes was retrofitted into a existing roof/ceiling penetration where a chiminea and ducting had to be removed, and the hole enlarged; the other was new and included a solar powered night light. Very happy."

"The O'Bryan guys were great! On time, pleasant, kept the work area clean and organized and did the job professionally, particularly the ceiling fan outside. They installed an outlet and a ceiling fan on my patio for me. They were also able to do the job quickly, which was nice. Costs for parts and labor were very reasonable, would highly recommend (and have already done so)."

"Five people team arrived and started working to clean fans, lights and dust. Sometimes seemed too many for the area and no one knew what had been done. Hasa was definitely in charge, but was missing some cleaning items, so we provided. We have engineered hard wood floors and porcelain tile. I expressed how important proper treatment of the wood floors was to me. @ 600sf of tile cleaned without changing mop water and wood floor had streaks and spots."

"Will at Up Keep always cleaned my pool and fountain and kept them in great running condition at a pretty reasonable price. Never any issues. I've hired him for handyman work a few times, once he even came to my house on a Sunday to fix and replace a swamp cooler switch that had shorted out and was shooting sparks! Definitely a lifesaver! He's a good dude who always does what he can to help."
