Ezra was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the tankless water heater system that we installed, and he was kind enough to come over and take a look at our new unit after it was installed and to check with us that the monthly bills came down as well. In addition to that, Ezra installed our new tankless water heater with the remote control that connects outside the tankless water heater. Because the remote control was not waterproof and if it will be installed inside the water heater, it would short circuit if it got wet enough. Thank you Ezra for going above and beyond for a "customer" who didn't even get to use you! Much appreciated. "I am overall unhappy with the final job. Lots of touch up left for me. I just am Not a fan of Spray jobs. I have lots of leaves painted that when touched reveal unpainted surface. My T-1-11 groves all need to be hit with a brush... I have to repaint lots of nail holes inside and out. Lots of scrubing the wood floors and cabinets to remove overspray. I asked and showed the primer and paint to them for the bid but the primer step was skipped and that made the paint not go as far or cover as well. Too late after. The customer should be listened to. Not told the paint has primer."
