"Stephen replaced the exhaust fan in our bathroom that was a bit of a project - it really was a two person job, but being alone he had to go back and forth a few times stretching out the time used, but he completed the install more than satisfactorily, and then put an indoor outlet in for us...we also wanted an outdoor outlet installed but since the exhaust fan took so long Stephen had used the time he had allotted and had to leave, but we are certain he will come back soon to finish up..."

Ben was on time and was very pleasant. He proceeded to install the ceiling fan. He had to cut the hole In the ceiling a bit larger to fit the new fan/light. When he told me he was going to need to buy a section of vent pipe to convert from 3" to 4" vent I offered to run that errand so that he would not be interrupted. I was very pleased with the quality of Ben's work. I had not paid attention to the time as my husband had been in construction and my experience with him indicated that it would not take more than three hours to complete those tasks. I was taken back when Ben said I owed him for an additional hour at his regular rate. I paid the extra hour without comment. In the future I will get a written quote before I hire anyone.

The ceiling texturing had been poorly done so removal was not as simple as scraping popcorn ceilings. The house had many different dark colored walls so the painting over them was not a simple task either. Justin is very meticulous and thorough and his crew is polite and determined to get everything just right. I can recommend them without any hesitation whatsoever."
