Gerald responded immediately, was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He was patient with me and my lack of knowledge. He explained things to me as he went along. He did such an excellent job installing the ceiling fan that I had him install a new light fixture as well. I will definitely be having him come back out to install some recessed lights in my kitchen. I can not recommend him more highly! He takes pride in his work and is a man of his word! Hire him. He and Rosie refused to just put a bandaid on the problem instead they made sure to be thorough and remedied the problem permanently. He was fixated on making sure that he found the source of the problem and he took the steps needed to eliminate the problem. We are very impressed and not only did they correct the original problem which was the reason for contacting them but I had another unexpected issue and they did a wonderful job of fixing that problem as well.
