He extended every courtesy in setting up, and keeping our appointment. It didn't take long for him to demonstrate his expertise. My fireplace had been sitting dormant for five years, he had my fireplace up and running with new hardware in short order. I had put this off because I thought I would run into sales pitches to replace the entire unit, or a huge parts and labor issue. Zane asked for a fair price and had me fixed in 45 minutes. Should I ever need to replace the fireplace I'm going to call Zane to do the work. Whatever his price. If you have fireplace issues or work, I recommend Zane and his business without hesitation."

"It would have been $125 to clean it but they didn't clean it since it didn't need cleaning. They pulled out the pipe but they didn't need to pull out the pipe. They needed to take off the cap. They didn't inspect the stove for cracks. It was a reasonable price. They were responsive."

"He patched all exterior cracks in the brick walls of the house over a period of 4 days. At times he had to remove caulking put there by a previous owner in order to replace it with mortar. I can tell most of the places he worked on solely because I remember where the cracks were. He also had to replace some bricks in a planter adjacent to the front of the house. I don't know how, but he found matching bricks. (The bricks used to build the house in 1965 were compressed / reclaimed and are somewhat unusual.) He also rebuild the back wall of the fireplace. That job was done well but more quickly, taking only one day. I tipped him on both jobs, as I felt he was undercharging."

"Our Cabinet crew was there for most of the install and they said that it went well.  There was one mistake on the bar runner piece, did not cut it right the first time around and ended up having to go all the way back to their shop to have a new one made.  It worked out okay, just ate up time, but the whole day was free, so not a big deal....they took care of it, and made sure it was done correctly.
They used a vacuum level to seem the one joint we had,  the line is good, as unnoticeable as it can be.  Cut outs for cook top and under-mount sink are good.  The sink cutout is not 110 perfectly plumb all the way around, but i am overly detailed oriented engineer...friends say everything looks awesome and it does....and most importantly, wife is happy.
Solid stone front end staff is good, price is great, helped us work through the process quickly and easily. 
We are happy with the way that our re-model turned out.
