"William Byler is incredibly professional and does great work. He performed repairs to our 2 fireplace chimneys. He matched the color of the new bricks to the existing brick so I can hardly see the repairs. He also put decorative finishing touches to the top of the chimney. Looks much better. "We chose Nick from Shortfix to repair our dishwasher, which had a blocked drain. This happened on a Saturday and, not surprising, many firms are closed for the weekend. Nick was available, so we scheduled an appointment and he arrived at the appointed time. He went right to work and promptly completed the necessary work. Nick was very courteous snd professional. First to do Brick and Stone step repair and most recently two do a full replacement of one of my window wells, repairing two others + waterproof a significant portion of one side of my house.
