"The response time from the first inquiry was excellent. The technician was very polite, knowledgeable, professional , friendly and knew exactly what I needed and wanted done on my gas fireplace. He worked in a timely fashion, and was very aware of keeping all dirt , etc., onto a covered area so my carpet stayed cleaned. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that needs repairs, parts, a new fireplace, etc. to their fireplace. I have already scheduled my yearly inspection for 2024. I live outside of the state of Michigan and I am not familiar with any of the companies in an around Detroit, but they were able to go to the residence, inspect the old furnace, provide me with a quote and then install the unit literally within a matter of a couple of hours. I was beyond satisfied with their service."
