"John took the time to check the co levels in my home and the effect the stove vent fan had on my fireplace. What he failed to do was show me when the gas heater was turned off in the sun room how the heater would act. ALso why the heater kept turning it self off, I finally read the book and it says it shut down based on oxygen level in the room. there were 3 of us and 2 dogs in this space so that must have been the problem. the next day I ran the heater with the dining room door open and it did not shut on and off. "Dan was great to work with. Very punctual and professional. He got the work completed in the time frame promised and for the original quoted amount. The quality of the work was generally very good. Dan was also very careful around our cats and made sure they didn't sneak out of the house. The only issues we had were that with the tile flooring installed, it was hard to use a bathmat because of clearance between the floor and the door... a relatively minor annoyance. Also, our garage which they used for cutting up the wood and tile smelled a little bit like cigarettes. Despite that, I would absolutely recommend Smith Rogers flooring again."
