They took apart my entire gas fireplace cleaned and made sure everything was working correctly. Problem with smell was fireplace was hardly used and smell was new fireplace smell when lit. "This company came to clean my chimney. I believe that is not their main job. I told them I just purchased the house and they should have made sure I knew how to use it properly. They charged me for a video service cleaning I did not see. They should show you what they see. They did not check my flu, or if they did they mentioned nothing about it. I asked them about the size, if it was suitable and they said they it was small and the fire might come out the top and how to put the wood in. I wish they could have given more information. Also, they could have told me that the grate was broken instead of putting it back in. Finally, they emptied their shop vac on my driveway and tried to clean it up. It was a mess. I would not hire them for cleaning a fireplace."

"It was very successful. No water coming in the summer after, even with heavy rain. My only complaint was dust over everything because the workmen had to haul out broken concrete through the house. There was no other door leading outside. Fadale company hired a company to clean upstairs.
