They were on time, called prior to their arrival, and worked diligently to get the job done and answer all my questions! Installers, Ivan, Nester, and team, worked diligently with removing old countertops and sink as well as installing all the new. "Purchased a chimney cleaning for $99 through the Big Deal program with Angie's List.  The company was very responsive and called to set up an appointment.  They came on time and quickly identified that the liner wall inside the metal pre-fab fireplace was loose and needed to be sealed at a cost of $235.  I was convinced by the sales pitch that to leave it as it was constituted a safety problem. They spread some "specially-made" gunk along the top and sides of the liner wall, thereby affixing it to the metal outer walls.  As far as the chimney cleaning went, this was accomplished in a matter of minutes when I briefly went outside.  I'm not entirely convinced the chimney was even cleaned.  For all I know, the work done was necessary and really did make my fireplace safer, but I didn't have a good feeling about the service, based on the unexpected cost and the quickness with which the service paid for through Angie's List (the chimney cleaning) was performed.
