I had contacted other masonry companies to compare pricing and options and their pricing was in-line with what other companies were charging. "Job took approximately 3 weeks for a full overhaul of our front and back yards. Performed all of the necessary demolition (removed old bushes/plants, decayed fences, loose stone retaining wall) over the first couple days. When unforeseen overages occurred, such as repaired rotten wood on the house so the deck couple be attached or shifting and already installed section of the fence based on neighbor request, he was more then willing to swallow the costs and keep everyone happy. There was a delay of a few weeks to get the gates installed on the fences and deck but that was due to issues with the fabricator and not this contractor. While the job was more then I was hoping to spend, I'm extremely happy with the end result."
