"They did an excellent job! They (Shadrick & Sam) were very knowledgeable, friendly, and prompt! Cleaning fireplaces is very messy work, but they protected our new carpet nicely with drop cloths. And they did a great job cleaning up after their work was complete. We will need some repairs as a result of the inspection, but Shadrick was very informative and explained why the repairs needed to be made and how the repairs would be made when we schedule the work."

"The job was done but it is very sloppy. There?s slurry and mortar all over the chimney and we are not confident it?s properly repaired. We have hired a different contractor to re-do the one fixed by Shamrock as well as the 2nd chimney that also needs repair. The tech from Shamrock was a nice guy he but didn?t do the work; his assistant did the work and its a mess."

"I needed the top part of my chimney replaced and some other tuckpointing and brick replacment done around my house. Jason set up a time to come and check out what needed to be done, he arrived on time, he explained things very thoroughly, and I had the estimate by the end of the day.
