"I was impressed, and pleased by the professionalism of the men who came to repair our pellet stove. The stove was old , and we ended up buying a new one. It was made simple by Chris. Within a short amount time he found the stove we wanted , set up a payment plan. Chris went beyond and above to help us. When the stove was installed, again professional , and polite gentleman, Steve and Adrian did a fine job. Now we have a solid company to go to for repairs , and service. "Shamrock Maintenance Corp. did an excellent job cleaning and inspecting our wood burning stove. "The whole experience from beginning to end was pleasant, including them having to come back because they did not have the proper chimney liner on hand. They set up chimney caps on my main chimney and wood burning stove, as well as a new chimney liner in the main chimney. This was a new home I purchased and the previous owners did not have these set up. ADV NY was responsive, courteous, and able to put my mind at ease with their great work.
