"They worked really fast, turned a two day job into one day, however, so fast, they damaged the baseboards in all our rooms, our freshly painted walls and broke an electrical outlet in the floor in our living room. So they were fast and furious like a bull in a china shop , but not careful with their work- just wanted to get done and move on to the next job. They were unwilling to move furniture out of the master bath for the plumber to complete his work same day, so uncooperative with that extra request. Love the carpet. They did clean up afterwards and moved furniture back into place. Only one of them spoke English, so language barrier was an issue."

My dryer machine was making a loud noise when running , so he took it apart and diagnosed it and fixed it for me after ordering parts for me. I have had few people come for repairs and didn't have much luck. I am very satisfied with this job quality and will request work for him in the future."

"He did a great job installing the doors. The doors were supposed to be pre-hung and pre-drilled for the hardware, when they arrived we saw that they were not. He did an amazing job trimming the doors and installing the hardware. This doorway was an open entry and we wanted to put the doors in. The job was done professionally and quickly. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."
