There were a few things where I think they could improve and I told them what they were: 1) For the prep side of things, use of drop cloths over furniture so dust isn't settling on everything, 2) turning off the ventilation system so that dust isn't being pumped through the house prior to removing the carpet and prepping the foundation. I would take a star off for that, but they worked so hard to try and make me happy that they deserve that star. My floors are gorgeous, and I will be using FCI again."
