"Jason took our stairs to the basement that were a tiny spiral mid evil type stair case and made them so amazing. He also took out 7 layers of flooring in our kitchen and laid new real wood to match our current wood floor. He also drove out of his way to pick up our new granite. He came back a couple years later and redid our entire front porch and did some electrical and other odd and end jobs. He is an honest man and Works very hard."

"The crew was so polite . The project looks great! No matter what I asked them to do they acomplished the task. My house was damaged by woodpeckers and they had to repair that damage before they could start. All suggestions by Anthony and Karen were wonderful. My house looks brand new!!! "He is a very knowledgeable young man that is self driven to give you the best work he can possibly do for you. He helped me do a bunch of work over the years from sheetrock hanging and finishing, texture ceilings, painting, building porches and new additions to houses, vinyl siding installation, tin roof install, new tile showers he has built and finished for a lot of rich clients of mine, when it comes to carpentry of any kind this man can do it and is not out to break the bank on people like most try to do. He help me redo the whole food stamp office in Paintsville, KY from tearing up old floors to install all new baccara board then porcelain tile, then grouted it all. Painted a lot of the first floor and fixed holes in drywall, installed new toilets and plumbing pipes. He also help to citizens bank of KY in Paintsville doing the bathrooms on the 3 floor in all new tile and painting then helped me do Pikeville KY hospital bathrooms in all new tile and paint and a couple of offices. He has also did the bathrooms at the new school in Martin County KY in top to bottom in tile and even did the new college add on to high school bathrooms in tile. You never have to stand over him and watch to make sure he doing it right. After I hired him a couple times and seen his work id send him to do jobs for me and never once had to double check his work and always had great feedback from my clients I sent him to that he did jobs at. So if you want A+ work at affordable prices id definitely call this man cause I no ill sure be calling him to do things for me still."
The rule of thumb is to add 10% for installations of under 1,000 square feet. If your installation is more than 1000 square feet, 7% is the appropriate adjustment. For diagonal installations or lower-grade hardwood products, 15% is the recommended adjustment.
Generally, you should leave a three quarter inch expansion space around the perimeter of your flooring. But this expansion should not affect your square footage measurements
It usually takes one to two days to complete vinyl sheet flooring installation. Your installation may require an extra day or two if you live in a humid climate.
