"I had a first floor that was a combination of 10 year old oak flooring and older carpet and tile. Mike was able to remove the old carpet and tile, install new oak flooring and then perfectly match everything with a new stain making my first floor look seamless. It looks as though 1 floor was installed at the same time and looks absolutely fabulous. Also, I was very worried about the dust, but it turned out to be minimal. The communication from Mike was constant, the work was professional and great. I am looking forward to doing more work with him in the future."

"I've used Exposition Carpeting for more than 20 years now.  They have an excellent selection and are extremely helpful, and their prices are reasonable.  When our basement flooded last year, we had wanted to get the same carpeting that had been ruined in the flood, but it was discontinued.  They were SO helpful in poring over books and helping us find something very similar.  There was a miscommunication among their staff which caused our order to be somewhat delayed, but that was the first time I'd had anything less than a stellar experience with them. 
I highly recommend them.  They also have a great "remnant room" with great prices if you're looking to carpet smaller rooms."

"The team from Modern Quality Flooring excelled at every step of the process of redoing nearly every floor in our new house. We redid our entire first floor of hardwood and our entire basement with new vinyl lux flooring. We discovered some bumps in the road - upon removing some rugs, some very large plywood patches showed up. The basement floor, once the carpet came up proved to be less than level and the stairs needed to be patched up. Everything was done so well that it's hard to imagine it's the same house. The flooring work they did was transformational. Despite the complicated and numerous hardwood patches in several rooms, you can't tell they're not the original floors. The workmanship is flawless. We felt completely comfortable from the initial meeting with them. They were excellent at communicating things before, during and upon completion of the work. If you have floors that need attention, they should be your first (and really) only call. Cannot recommend highly enough."

We had trouble getting someone to come out and give us an estimate because most thought of it as a "small job". Not Marius...came right out and gave us a great price. When the carpet was removed, they found too much damaged wood and dark wood plugs, so reworked our quote and they put new wood flooring in. The work is impeccable! "I wanted to replace the carpet floor in the bedrooms with hardwood floor for a new 2 bedroom condo and also replaced the baseboard through the unit. I interviewed 5 companies, all of which have good review on Angie’s List. I picked M Craft out of them and I am very pleased with my choice. My Craft did live up to their good reviews and are responsive to customer needs. I lived in apartments before with carpet floor only and don’t really know anything about hardwood floor until this installation. I felt that I knew more about hardwood floor than 3 other companies. One person did not even know that there was not a layer of plywood underneath my carpet floor after the consultation and this company has close to 300 A in their review. I found that out when I discovered that there was no plywood charge in the quote. M Craft’s charge is also fair. Another company has the same proposal as M Craft but charged 50 % more and was 40 minutes late to our appointment without notification. M craft’s team was always punctual and responded to calls, emails, text messages timely. Adrian, the owner, was flexible and willing to accommodate to customer’s needs. I just bought this condo in winter. The gas company forgot to process my order to switch the gas service to me and the unit had no heat when M Craft was supposed to start the installation. It is necessary to acclimate the wood to room temperature. The gas company could not send people to turn on the gas until almost a week later and Adrian was very understanding and tried to work around the schedule. When I told Adrian not to move my fridge back to the kitchen so that my handyman could do repair after the floor installation, Adrian also provided me some eucaboard to move my fridge into the kitchen without damaging the floor. He took time to explain to me any concerns and provide good recommendations. Adrian is knowledgeable in his field. I ended up replacing the entire unit with new hardwood floor because it is not possible to maintain the same level as the living room if I just replaced the carpet floor in the bedrooms. Because the price M Craft charged was fair and reasonable, I replaced the entire unit for more aesthetic value. Adrian also cared to use quality material. Now I have nice solid hard wood floor throughout my unit."
