"It went fabulous. We emailed Adam after receiving three other quotes.  Adam's bid was under the rest, and in a shorter time frame.  From the time the wood arrived in our home, to the time that David and crew arrived, to the time that the work was finished, we were happy customers.

Denver Hardwood delivered our floor in a timely manner.  The man who brought the flooring in our house was respectful and prompt.

David and crew were great, and we appreciated their conscientious effort in cleaning up around themselves before leaving for the day, and getting a "plan for the day" each morning.  When we experienced a minor setback (involving a plumber's mistake), Adam and David were quick to help, and were flexible in working around the setback.  Had this setback not occurred, our floors would have been completed in a very short amount of time.  Due to the plumber's error, we did not get our floors completed for a couple of days later than scheduled.

When we had questions, Adam was prompt in answering them.  I especially appreciate David, who was very responsive and friendly.  The rest of the team was a pleasure to work with.  The final product is amazing, and we are so happy to have beautiful hardwood floors.  I would definitely recommend Complete Flooring, and would not hesitate to hire them again in the future."

"We highly recommend F and S Hardwood Floors! We had to be educated about how to put in a hardwood floor down the right way and Fabio was so patient. We had partial board down because there use to be carpet and if you don t take that out you will not have the floor you were imagining. The company we where going to use was going to just put it on top of the partial board and not say a word to us. The original company sold us 500$ in underpayment we did not need and we were able to return it. I am so glad our install got messed up and S and F were able to save the day because we truly now have the floor we were imagining, it is so beautiful! But they quickly came up with a solution, the dark stain completely covered the pet stains left by the previous owner. They finished up the floors in a timely manner and were very polite, and super clear about where my expectations should be because of the condition of my floors. I am so happy with my floors, in fact they came back just to check and make sure everything was perfect and cleaned up after themselves which these days in construction is not a common trait. "It was a pleasure working with Warren Clark and his son. Our hardwood floors were ruined on installation.  The original contractor put commercial strength Mop N Glo on the floor supposedly to seal the cracks.  The Mop N Glo ate through the original finish is places. Warren sought out several options to sanding the floor, but ultimately, it was determined that sanding was our only option. Warren was always on time and worked diligently to complete the job. He uses a "dustless" system that was marvelous -- very little dust in the house. He made excellent recommendations and finished the job in the timeframe he said he would.  I would definitely use Clark's Hardwood Flooring and Refinishing again.
