David and crew were great, and we appreciated their conscientious effort in cleaning up around themselves before leaving for the day, and getting a "plan for the day" each morning.  When we experienced a minor setback (involving a plumber's mistake), Adam and David were quick to help, and were flexible in working around the setback.  Had this setback not occurred, our floors would have been completed in a very short amount of time.  Due to the plumber's error, we did not get our floors completed for a couple of days later than scheduled.

"Prompt, was affordable, install was done well and professionally. I do not prefer the quality and long term "hold up" of the carpet as it was supposed to be "stain resistant" and it was not. It also wore down flat with traffic fairly quickly. That could be because of our choice in carpet, and possibly doesn't reflect all their options."
