David and crew were great, and we appreciated their conscientious effort in cleaning up around themselves before leaving for the day, and getting a "plan for the day" each morning.  When we experienced a minor setback (involving a plumber's mistake), Adam and David were quick to help, and were flexible in working around the setback.  Had this setback not occurred, our floors would have been completed in a very short amount of time.  Due to the plumber's error, we did not get our floors completed for a couple of days later than scheduled.

"It was a pleasure working with Warren Clark and his son. Our hardwood floors were ruined on installation.  The original contractor put commercial strength Mop N Glo on the floor supposedly to seal the cracks.  The Mop N Glo ate through the original finish is places. Warren sought out several options to sanding the floor, but ultimately, it was determined that sanding was our only option. Warren was always on time and worked diligently to complete the job. He uses a "dustless" system that was marvelous -- very little dust in the house. He made excellent recommendations and finished the job in the timeframe he said he would.  I would definitely use Clark's Hardwood Flooring and Refinishing again.
