"Allphase Flooring is a great company to hire for your carpet stretching or flooring needs. The owner is a nice person. He did a excellent job stretching my carpet."

"Terry and his team were professional, courteous, and conscientious. The worked around dealing with my animals and pulling up discusting 25 year old carpet. The stairs and flooring look amazing. They moved the larger pieces of furniture and even installed new vent covers (I purchased from Amazon). I can't say enough about how pleased I am. I will be having them come back to do the other stairway and bedrooms."

"Had my kitchen & laundry room floor done a few years back. The floor is holding up well & still looks fantastic! Recommended to family who also had work done. Would absolutely use again!"

"Glenn installed carpet in our master BR, laminate in a kitchen, LR area. He is a pleasure to work with and was a great help in making our flooring choices, the products were exactly what we were looking for, and the end result is gorgeous! Glenn is a master at his craft. He made repairs when unwanted surprises were discovered after removing the old flooring. All the carpet and laminate was laid to perfection. And his prices are fair."

"Let me just start by saying that ultimately my floors turned out beautifully. With that being said there were a few issues. First, on the day of install, I found out that I was going to have to pay $1000 more than what was on my receipt and what I thought was agreed upon. There was a discrepancy in the cost of the stairs. Even though the item was listed on the receipt he forgot to include the cost for that item when writing the receipt. The contractor suggested at that point that we either exclude the stairs or he could take all the wood back and refund my deposit. Neither of these was an option for me, as I wanted the stairs done and my home was already turned upside down, and furniture moved in preparation for the install. I was left with no choice but to agree to the new price since I did not have the time to look for another contractor. Second, if your home is occupied, be ready to move all furniture on your own. Third, they did not take away the trash. I was responsible for the disposal of all of the carpeting and laminate flooring that was being ripped up to put down the new hardwood floor. My garbage company took the carpeting and padding as bulk, but I had to pay for the laminate removal because it was considered construction material."

"Adam and Jeff were very knowledgeable about carpet stretching and did a great job stretching our carpets in all rooms of our house. The carpets look great, highly recommend them."

"We got vinyl flooring in our kitchen and the entrance to our basement. As well as carpeting done in the rest of the basement. Both installations work great and were done in a timely fashion. Our sales rep Michelle was fantastic and very helpful."

"While they did nice work initially they never finished the floor. They are not responding now. Since I paid in full I guess they don?t care."

"Conner and Kevin did an amazing job installing our kitchen floors. They were friendly courteous and very professional. There workmanship and attention to detail were the best I have seen from a residential contractor in a long time. I would highly recommend them for all your flooring needs."
