"The professionalism of Justin & Jason was above expectations and the removal of carpet and new flooring was great. We would highly recommend this crew and use them again for other projects."

"I would not hesitate in recommending My Flooring. From the start the customer service was above par. I was not rushed at any point, even when taking time to select carpet. I was handled patiently, and when I was ready to get the carpet the process was timely and without glitch."

"Instead of replacing the part of the carpet that was ruined, I replaced it with stone flooring. Beautiful job"

"Recently had a flooring installation with carpet removal at my home. The install team sent to do the job was outstanding. The job was done quickly, the were professional and extremely cautious of my home. I would definitely recommend using them for any project."

"I did not use them for this project. I had a couple of issues going on related to this job and I did not like the solutions their estimator suggested. I think their price was good but the other company I used offered a better solution. They did a good job of presenting the bid; their estimator got back to me and sent emailed pictures of what they suggested. I had requested referrals and he did all that. He responded to me well and was punctual."

"They were extremely helpful! Only reason for missing half a star is because I later found that I got over charged. However, I am happy with the work they did so far so no big deal! It's been only under a week since they came but so far so good!"

"Shawn Hall and his crew showed up when they said they would and kept us informed through the whole project. He was upfront on all costs of the project and explained the process. Our drop ceiling and outlet turned out great and we couldn't be happier! We would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants reliable, good people to do quality work. We will be using them again!"

"After weeks and weeks of back and forth with the company and a possibility of going to court they finally came out and finished the job. The finish was to my satisfaction. My increased rating is only based on the job after all the issues."

"Within an hour of entering my needs on HoneAdvisor, I had a follow-up call by Carpet World and a commitment to have someone at my house that day. Although it was late in the day, two very courteous workers came, expertly fixed the problem. Note before Caroet World, I’d tried for months to find someone to come and address my carpet issue. Carpet World was terrific."

"Darrell and his crew removed our old deck and in it's place, installed a screen porch and new deck surrounding it. Darrell provided some design ideas on the screen porch, and was very helpful. The cedar trim around all the screen openings looks awesome! The workmen showed up on time, did an excellent job, and did it all for a reasonable price. Now that it's done, we love our new screen porch and deck. Before starting this prokect, we talked to 4 contractors. We selected Mr. Fix-It. If we had it to do over again, we'd still select Mr, Fix-It to build our new deck and screen porch."
