The rest of the project had it's problems but turned out Ok. I'll have somebody else come in and fix the floor. Steve is very personable, answers your questions, and explains what he's doing, but in the end, the result speaks for itself. The bathroom has a big bump in the middle of the floor."

Mr. Miller did a great job staining and keeping me informed of his progress through sending pictures and calling me.
