"We hired this company to remove carpet from our Master Bedroom and closet and install hardwood to match the existing hardwood in our home.  From estimate to completion we could not have had better service or be more pleased.  They outlined the process and timeline in detail and in writing along with a specific estimate of the project cost.  We had other estimates in which the companies said they would be in and out in 1 day and would match the floor as closely as possible at a much higher cost.  Helms examined our existing hardwood and explained that in order to keep the floor consistent and properly install it,  they would need to bring the wood in and allow it to acclimate for 7 days before beginning the installation  and that it would not be wise to rush the process.  We were anxious to get the floor done but decided to trust the experts and we are so glad that we did.  The final product speaks for itself and it couldn't possibly match any closer.  You would never know the floors were not all installed simultaneously.  They did a spectacular job and we would definitely recommend this company to anyone considering any type of hardwood flooring project. "This is the second time we have had Burgess Flooring come out and do work.  The first time was the laminate in the kitchen and living room and then this time it was to finish it off by doing all 3 bedrooms.  They showed up on time and got to work and finished up in record time!  This included carpet tear out and also helping to move a few larger pieces of furniture out of the way.  We plan on having them back to tile a couple of bathrooms in the future and they definitely will be the ones we call if we get another home and need the flooring done!
