"I had a very tough stain created by dark colored laundry detergent that spilled into the carpet. I could not get rid of it myself despite multiple attempts. It would always come back to the surface after it dried. They came several times, applied different treatments each time and saved my carpet which saved me $$$. Otherwise I would have to replace it. They really care, have reasonable prices so I will use them again."

"They were right on time and were finished before I even knew it. The carpets look fantastic!"

"The project stayed on schedule, the installers were friendly, professional and did a great job. We would definitely recommend Cortez Flooring and would hire them again."

"This crew did an excellent job. The floors look amazing. They got the job done in less time than I expected, it only took them a day and a half to do three bedrooms and a hallway and the living room. They were very friendly and trustworthy as well. They cleaned up after themselves and move my furniture back to the proper places. They even let my dog out several times throughout the day for me since I was at work. I would recommend them and will use them again for a future floor installations."
