It's an older house and Ismael and his team were extremely thorough, thoughtful, detail oriented, and easy to work with. They were recommended by a family friend along with a couple other companies, but they were were the only ones to stay more than a couple of minutes to take measurements. They noticed some unique situations that none of the others mentioned (such as a portion of baseboard that was fused to the wall paneling) and they were able to completely hide it flawlessly. They also created custom wooden floor vents that are basically works of art. The floors like they were always meant to be a part of this house. I would recommend them to anyone!"

"Stretched our carpeting in both the front room and dining room (large rooms). The carpet was damp in the dining room so they brought over a big fan to dry it out. They also had to apply latex to part of the backing to assure it would be strong enough to stretch in one section. The individual they sent was extremely knowledgeable and did everything to save the carpeting for the time being. He did a wonderful job.
