The only difference is the other companies prices were for ONE room only, Eli s was for the THREE spaces we needed done. We had our carpet removed and installed tile. We continued the tile that was already existing in our house throughout three spaces. Eli was able to find the exact tile, remove the carpet, lay the tile, grout the floors, and put all of our furniture back in place within THREE days! His crew was very courteous and efficient!
