"It went well and done in 3 days. I have a busy work schedule and the floor team was able to accommodate my work schedule without me trying to get of my work to have them replace my floors. I would hire them again to do another floor at another time. I came across District Floor Depot through the website Houzz having good ratings and rated with the BBB. I got estimates from other flooring companies however this company came out the best not because they were the cheapest but their professionalism and high recommendations through reviews by real people. This company has many types of flooring choices. Just like the local company Michaels and Sons. This company is also a locally family run company. This companies' boss came out to see and spoke with his employees at the work site something that Home Depot has not done for me ever. "We've had carpet installed twice by Renaissance and both experiences were wonderful. They have an extensive selection of carpets and everyone we've worked with there has been knowledgeable about which options would be right for us. We've never been pressured to spend more than we wanted to, and have gotten a great value from their services. The first installation was for carpeting in part of our basement (pre-COVID). After a few months and one rambunctious kitten, we had some loose threads along the seam and called to have this repaired...well, then COVID hit and we cancelled the appointment and kind of forgot about the whole thing. Fast forward to about a month ago when we wanted to install carpet in our sunroom. I mentioned that we would also (finally!) like that seam repaired, and they ended up doing this free of charge without even a second thought about it! I was pleasantly surprised by this, and even more surprised to find that the repair is so seamless that I would never even know there was an issue at all. Very high quality work! We love the new carpet in our sunroom as well - both installations have gone smoothly, communication is great, and follow-up is also thorough. We will continue to use Renaissance for our needs and recommend them highly!"

".5 years ago, I had Prospect Hardwood flooring remove my 1st floor carpet AND ceramic tile and replace with hardwood floor. Best decision I ever made. Now I needed to have my 2nd floor carpet removed and replaced with hardwood floor. I immediately went to Prospect Hardwood Flooring. Mike and Jody are a great husband and wife team. They were very patient, friendly, efficient, and HONEST. Mike gave me an estimate the next day, had the hardwood floor delivered the following day, and his team removed the carpet and put in the hardwood flooring 3 days later, in just 1 day. I gave the team a pizza, chicken and soda/hot cocoa/coffee party to celebrate their excellent and professional work. The floors are absolutely beautiful!
