The results are outstanding and we have gotten unsolicited positive comments about the newly refinished floors. They did an excellent job of containing the dust during the sanding phase of the job. In response to a last-minute request from me, they diligently sanded down and removed a heavily glued paper backing for a linoleum covering in the vestibule which I had been unable to remove myself. "I did re-finishing and repair of my old wood floor. They also stain floor molding for me, and rail, and did nice saddles-transition between different floor. But they did not do shoe molding for me, also recommended to me. My question is if you do floor refinishing, why don't you do shoe molding also to provide full service regarding the floors to the customer?"
