"We hired Matt and his team to replace old carpeting and vinyl tile with laminate wood flooring throughout basically the entire main floor. From scheduling to job completion, we could not be happier. Their attention to detail was what really impressed. Floor, base molding, trim work-all better than new construction! I will hire again."

"Matt arrived on time and was efficient at replacing floor tiles. Do you think customer service is gone, well so did we until Matt Hemingway came to replace three broken tiles. He finished in 90 minutes and that included going back to hardware store for a different color grout because he didn't like the way it looked. When done you could not tell the floor had been fixed. Excellent job. Highly recommend."

Hello I'm david,\n\nMy whole goal is to help people build or repair the things they can't do alone.\n\nI'm an up and coming contractor with a lot of knowledge and ambition.

"The workers who showed up to my house were incredibly nice and polite. They arrived exactly on time and worked both quickly and efficiently. My carpets (6 rooms and a hallway) were pre-treated and cleaned in around an hour. My floors still had some pee spots where the odor didn't fully disappear like I had hoped, and Bob (the owner) reached out giving me a little more background about the stain/odor removal process and why it may not have worked. He then had someone back out at my place within a few days to apply a second coat of odorcide which I truly appreciated. Customer service is everything, and I couldn't be more pleased with Kwik Dry Carpet Cleaning."

"The services performed were very good.  They arrived on time and installed the new carpeting in the amount of time that they estimated.  The quality of the work performed was very good.

"carpet stretch, repair, re-seam etc"

"Excellent experience. Work crew arrived on time and got right to work. Dust barriers were put up and sealed very tightly, which kept the dust down to a bare minimum. They cleaned up after themselves and left the house just the way they found it. The floor itself is very high quality. Our 80 year old floor look new. Matt suggested a special resistance polyurethane for the kitchen floor. I thought they were reasonably priced, given the quality of work they offer. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone."

"Overall, the carpets were very clean when they left. However, I felt that I had been "upsold" on the cleaning and ended up paying a lot more than I wanted to have my carpets cleaned. I was told that due to the type of carpet I have, it would need a "deep clean" because the regular clean covered by by Groupon wouldn't clean it well enough. The guy was pretty big, and obviously knows my home, so I felt intimidated and didn't want to say no. Plus I was told there were stains that might not come out with the regular clean and I really didn't want him to leave and still have stains so I went ahead with the deep clean...an extra $100+ that I wasn't expecting to spend.  (I was debating going with the regular clean to see if they'd come out but was afraid they'd just leave the stains to make a point.)
He was friendly enough, and out in less than two hours, but combined with the hard sell and forgetting the duct inspection, I was really turned off and I wouldn't recommend him nor will I use this company again.
