"AAA Carpets did an excellent job re-stretching and cleaning my carpets on two floors. I am happy with their professionalism and the pricing is comparable to other carpet companies. They came ready to work after an over-the-phone estimate. After a survey of the complexity or work the price was re-negotiated. They were willing work with me and told me exactly the work needed to be done (re-stretching and cleaning). They arrived on time as promised and went to work on my carpet. The top floor rooms were a bit challenging but they were able to get it looking good. My carpets look good as new. I like James' mantra "we want to make a living not a killing".
