"Keystone Carpet did a fantastic job from original help selecting new flooring, carpet and hardwood, to colors and styles. But the best thing about Keystone Carpets is the installation, they are the best at installation, and that is the primary difference! Keystone installation is the absolute best you will find."

"Professional, highly skilled, meticulous , outstanding craftsmanship and truly holds up to company name. We chose John out of 3 estimates; he installed hickory flooring throughout and we are thankful we went with him, we could not be happier. John is also a pleasure to work with, helpful, knowledgeable, and reliable."

"I own a rental house and wanted to replace laminate with LVP. I got the quote and tore out 75% of the old flooring and haulee it away myself. Then they took their time doing the job, unless the dad came over nothing happened. They cut the peices on the lawn so dust was all over, after their job they didn't even clean that up due to laziness. I the owner was paying for the job, my sister is the renter, they did a crappy install. There is a ridge on the floor so they have to either do cement to make it level or sand down a board., they did nothing so now 2 peices are coming up. The said its because the renter told them it was ok and she needed the floor done quickly...... as a company you DO NOT listen to a renter since they do not pay the bill. I the owner was never told about the ridge untill I saw the flooring coming up and they said that excuse. They did say they can fix it but I have to pay for labor. Find another flooring company."

"Great! Arrived on time. Got right to it. Carpets are much cleaner. I'm a happy camper!"

"Work was ok but 1. They left a huge mess that took me 8 hours to clean up (with a broken wrist), 2. I had to hire someone to clean the high windows that they got paint on, 3. I had to pay extra to the carpets cleaners to clean up all the paint drops and 4. They ruined the remaining gallon or so of paint by leaving a roller from the primer in it, making it worthless for touchups."

"The operator, Tony Price provided a very professional service. At the same time, he provide quite a bit of educational information regarding septic systems. He removed his shoes before crossing our white carpet to inspect our sewer pump and was very careful to avoid backing his truck on our lawn.
I would hire him as an employee in a heartbeat.

"Kevin came to my home the day we made contact, gave me the details for the tile repair, and an immediate estimate. I hired him and he came the next day to begin. The job is now complete right before my Christmas guests arrive and it looks great. He was on time, respectful and his work is excellent. I will be contacting him after the holidays for another tile job. Merry Christmas!!"
